Just picked one up at the Valencia mall in So Cal. They had 3 in stock. $19.97 plus tax. I will put receipt scan soon. As always, YMMV. Clearance items are usually specific to certain areas.
This was for the 360 console only, other systems were $49.99 I believe. Also, for only $3, you can get the 2 year warranty so if your game gets scratched or if the guitar breaks on you, you get a new one free. I think its worth it since my ps2 guitar died in under a year. (whammy bar)
