New customers signing up for Qwest DSL with Windows Live can get 1.5Mb for 14.99 a month for a year with a home phone package. The 7Mb is only 24.99 a month for a year with a home phone package. Right now you can get a 100.00 check for switching to qwest http://www.qwest.com/switcherform
employees are also authorized to add on an addition 50 Visa gift card but you have to ask for it. There is no contract required but if you sign up for the 2 year contract you also get a free standard modem or 60.00 off the advance modem. Of course you have to be served by qwest (hence the YMMV)
