LENDERS: Industry strikes back at Shelter sub-prime claim

Industry pundits have hit back at a damning report by housing charity Shelter which accuses sub-prime lenders of failing in their duty to help struggling borrowers.
Shelter commissioned YouGov to carry out a poll of sub-prime borrowers and interviewed 1,212 consumers across the UK.
