If you haven’t already heard, Starbucks is going soft and caving into customers needs of a FREE refill on coffee. When I first heard, I was sceptical, but after heading down to my local Starbucks, I found it to be true. And the second cup of coffee is even better! Here’s how to get free refills at Starbucks!
Step 1: Starbucks is offering free coffee refills and free refills on any drip drink. This would be coffee, decaf, tea water and the like. To start you need to have a Starbucks card. This card is available to anyone who purchases it.
Step 2: The Starbucks card is the Starbucks Version of a gift card. It has only the value of which you place on the card and can be used whenever. It is suggested to put a small amount on the card to start with. I put $1.
Step 3: Once in the Starbucks, order your drip coffee (preferably tall as you are getting a free refill) and pay for the drink. Show them your Starbucks card and let them know you are coming back for a refill.
Step 4: Once you have doctored your coffee and drank it, go back up to the counter for your free refill. It should be as simple as the Starbucks employee placing the liquid in the cup.
Step 5: Some stores require you to swipe the Starbucks card (only had this happen once) for inventory purposes, but as long as the card is active, your Free refills will keep coming.
