Newegg has the D-Link DGS-2208 10/100/1000Mbps 8-Port Desktop Green Ethernet Switch - Retail for $39.99 with a $15 rebate and free shipping.
Their current email ad has the 5-port version of this for $34.99 with a $15 rebate, but this looks like a much better deal all around.
